Update, 05/01, 5.00PM SGT: After much speculation, and A LOT of back and forth, Madonna IS coming to Singapore! This amazing news was announced on Mediacorp Viz Pro's Facebook page. We don't know much else about the concert yet - but we'll be sure to stay tuned for more details as we prepare our Madonna playlists.
Update, 18/12, 4.50PM SGT: Looks like we've made it through the wilderness of confusion about whether or not Singapore will be one of Madonna's destinations during her Rebel Heart Tour. Fans will be sad and blue to learn that Madonna is most likely not coming to Singapore. The Icon Team sent out an email stating that the information on her website "was inaccurate" - but here's to hoping that in the near future, Madonna does finally touch down in Singapore with a shiny and new concert for the very first time.
Original, 18/12: For the past few months, we've been hearing whispers about Madonna gracing the shores of Singapore as part of the Asian leg of her Rebel Heart Tour. So far however, there has been no official confirmation regarding whether the 57-year old pop icon will be voguing in Singapore.
But for a moment, it seemed as though saying Madonna's name like a little prayer might have worked because according to reports, as of 16 December, Madonna's website did in fact announce a one-night only show in Singapore on the 28 February 2016. As per Channel News Asia, the pre-sale for tickets to her show at the National Stadium were to begin at 10am on 17 December. There is even a screen grab taken from Madonna's website where we see "Singapore" on 28 February loud and clear.

Sadly, no. The tour dates on her website no longer seem to show a date for Singapore.

Faster than the speeding light, she's flying straight to Auckland on 5 March after her show in Manila. Following this, Madonna will head to Australia to perform in Melbourne, Brisbane, and then conclude the tour in Sydney.
For now, the only thing fans in Singapore can do is stay hung up on every little thing that Madonna says or does about this mysterious concert.
