Jennifer Lawrence is not satisfied being an actress, singer, or writer. Now, she wants to add director to her resume. In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, Jennifer reveals she's already set to go with a new project behind the camera.
"I've signed on to direct something called Project Delirium — it's based on this article about mental warfare in the '60s, like an acid experiment gone terribly wrong," she said. "I've wanted to direct since I was 16 and always thought I should start making steps towards that."

Her passion for directing may explain her close bond with David O. Russell, a director she has worked with on Silver Linings Playbook, American Hustle, and Joy, which debuts 25 December. (Jennifer won an Oscar for Silver Linings Playbook and was nominated for a Best Supporting Actress award for American Hustle).
"David and I will never, ever, ever, ever not do movies together," she told the magazine. "I love him so much that sometimes I can't talk about him without tearing up.
Of saying goodbye to Katniss Everdeen, a character she's portrayed in the Hunger Games franchise for five years, Jennifer said it "feels over."
"And that's okay," she said. "It's okay to move on."
Jennifer also dropped some details about Chris Pratt, her co-star in the upcoming film Passengers (a movie which sounds so freaking cool). "He's so fucking funny and nice," she said of the actor she once caught dancing at 4 a.m. after a 15-hour work day. She said Chris is always in a good mood (not surprised) and always has tons of energy (still not surprised).
EW's cover featuring Jennifer hits newsstands Friday.
