Kourtney Kardashian is back to showing off her edgy maternity style after her recent health scare.

This afternoon, the pregnant Poosh founder shared a series of aesthetic photos where she lounges with her hands resting on her bump, while dressed an all-black leather and lace outfit. The star styled an oversized black leather jacket and matching shiny trousers with a completely-sheer lace crop top, adding a smile black bra underneath. Her only accessories were a pair of matching sheer lace gloves, and she completed the look with natural makeup and a glossy nude lip.
She captioned the post, "pregnancy is so empowering."

Kardashian opened up about her health earlier this week, revealing that her and Travis Barker's unborn baby is doing okay after she underwent "urgent fetal surgery."
"I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life," she wrote. "I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock... Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing."
Days after her post, an insider told People that Kardashian is continuing to rest after the health scare. "She is doing okay now," the source added. "She is still resting at home with Travis."

Over the past few months, the reality star has embraced the trendier side of maternity fashion, showcasing her affinity for skintight minidresses and bodycon looks. She has also spent the summer soaking up the sun in an array of enviable bikinis.
