Mariah Carey Is A Curvy Goddess In A Dolce & Gabbana Patchwork Gown

Mariah Carey made a grand appearance at Dolce & Gabbana's Alta Moda show.

The pop star attended the haute couture presentation Saturday night, where she arrived alongside designers Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce. For the occasion at Piazza Duomo in Siracusa, Sicily, which marked the 10-year anniversary of Alta Moda, the "Fantasy" singer wore a spin on her favored, curve-hugging silhouette.

Styled by DiAndre Tristan, the plunging gown included a short circular train and was an intricate patchwork pattern in hues of red, blue, and yellow. The star finished the look with gold platform heels, a black hand fan, and an extravagant gold and aquamarine tiara atop her blown-out blonde hairdo.

The "We Belong Together" singer shared several photoss from the night on Instagram, including a pic with her fellow guests Drew Barrymore, Sharon Stone, and Helen Mirren.

Last month, the pop diva donned a gown dripping in diamonds for her induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, where she was honored by musician and Summer of Soul filmmaker Questlove. The strapless Oscar de la Renta gown featured a sweetheart neckline and was covered with shimmering silver appliqués.

She accessorized the dress with black mesh opera gloves, a matching chunky diamond bracelet and necklace, and cascading diamond earrings.

The "Always Be My Baby" singer previously opened up about the work involved in her glam appearances in a December 2021 interview with Harper's BAZAAR.

"Getting dressed up is often quite painful," she said at the time. "I don't think that people who have never done it, whatever the gender, will understand or could understand. … It's really freaking hard. It's not easy, darling."
