In the four years since Montblanc launched its first Bohème timepiece, the collection has gained an admirable reputation for providing women with beautiful, quality timepieces that marry functionality with whimsy, pragmatism with romance. The dedicated ladies collection offers a range of models that span everyday Moonphases in quartz to glittering Perpetual Calendars that any woman would be proud to show off—it’s an encompassing range of watches that ensure every need and desire finds its answer within the collection’s esteemed ranks.

This year sees the luxury house reinforcing its Bohème offering with two new models that were designed to be trusty companions that modern women can rely on. The Bohème Automatic Date watches, equipped with the MB 24.17 calibre, come in two sizes (30mm and 34mm) for the utmost comfort fit, and offer diamond options, including a diamond bezel for the 34mm model. A gleaming mother-of-pearl dial is graced with a shell guilloché pattern and distinctive elliptical date aperture that makes it easy to read and elegant to sport, while baby blue alligator straps (with Montblanc’s new interchangeable strap mechanism) complete the pretty picture.

Then, there’s the 38mm Bohème Exo Tourbillon Slim Limited Edition (of just 28 pieces), now available in two new chic and versatile hues. An alluring beige mother-of-pearl dial is found on the red gold version, while the white gold model sports a slate grey mother-of-pearl dial. Both dials are studded with 146 diamonds and encircled in a glittering ring of 58 more diamonds (the brand’s patented Montblanc diamond has pride of place on the crown). Even more captivating is the in-house movement that drives the black tie timepiece: The Montblanc Manufacture automatic calibre MB 29.24 with the brand’s patented Exo Tourbillon mechanism, which took the Maison three years or research and development to achieve.

Promising beauty, luxury and functionality with every design, Montblanc has once again achieved what it set out to do with the launch of the Bohème collection in 2014: Provide women with a timepiece that melds unwavering reliability with timeless style to last through the years.

Here's a closer look at the new Bohème editions.
