See All Of Prince Louis' Adorable Facial Expressions At Trooping The Colour

Prince Louis once again stole the show at a major royal, as the five-year-old attended Trooping the Colour.

The young royal joined his parents, Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, and his siblings, Prince George, 9, and Princess Charlotte, 8, to celebrate his grandfather's first birthday parade as sovereign. The three Wales kids rode in the carriage procession alongside their mother and their grandmother, Queen Camilla, and later joined the senior working royals for a Buckingham Palace balcony appearance.

Throughout the day, the youngest Wales kid—who has been dubbed the "Prince of Faces" for his candid facial expressions during royal celebrations—seemed to have gotten used to the grand festivities. While Louis previously showed his discomfort for the traditional flypasts at King Charles' coronation and the late Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee, today the preschooler politely covered his ears to avoid the loud noises being emitted from the Royal Air Force planes.

Louis also appeared to be having fun while waving to the crowds during the procession and the balcony appearance, as he switched out his traditional waves for an occasional salute towards the soldiers who participated in the celebration. Photographers also captured a candid moment where the young prince scrunched up his face and held both of his arms out like a pilot, seemingly imitating the planes from the flypast.
