Rihanna Laces Up In Another Baby Bump-Bearing Outfit

Is it hot in here, or is it just me?

Rihanna

Rihanna's maternity style is everything we didn't know we needed.

Following her Internet-shaking pregnancy announcement photo shoot with boyfriend A$AP Rocky in New York City last week, Rihanna has returned with another showstopping, bump-baring look—this time in all black.

The Fenty mogul stepped out in Beverly Hills wearing a lace-up Jean Paul Gaultier cardigan, which generously showed her growing stomach. She layered up in a Carhartt jacket and ribbed stirrup leggings from The Attico. Accessories included a balaclava, Balenciaga shades, a diamond-and-gold Briony Raymond ring, long gold chain necklaces, and Jimmy Choo pumps.

The bump made its first appearance last Monday in Rihanna's pregnancy announcement photos. For those, she wore a hot-pink vintage Chanel puffer coat unbuttoned above her stomach, showing off multicolored bejeweled body jewelry by Christian Lacroix. She paired the look with Vetements distressed wide-leg jeans, a Chanel leather-and-gold chain belt, and pumps.

Rocky also looked stylish. Wearing a knit hoodie under a denim Carhartt jacket, he finished his look in black leather trousers and black boots.

The couple, who reportedly began dating in December 2020, have previously opened up about their desire to become parents.

"I'm a Black woman. I came from a Black woman, who came from a Black woman, who came from a Black woman and I'm going to give birth to a Black woman," Rihanna said in a 2019 red-carpet interview with Essence. "It's a no-brainer. That's who I am. It's the core of who I am in spirit and DNA."

And last year, Rocky spoke to GQ about the possibility of fatherhood. "If that's in my destiny, absolutely," he said. "I think I'd be an incredible, remarkably, overall amazing dad. I would have a very fly child. Very."
