Rihanna Says Her Pregnancy Has Been An "Exciting Journey"
Rihanna is having tons of fun with her maternity style.
The superstar opened up about pregnant life at her Fenty Beauty Universe event in Los Angeles Friday night. For the appearance, the mother-to-be wore a backless sequin top from The Attico's Spring 2022 collection with purple ombre pants and jewellery from Chopard and Messika.
In a red carpet interview with Entertainment Tonight, the multi-hyphenate explained the thought process behind her latest looks, saying "[pregnancy's] a long nine to 10 months. You have to enjoy it."
"Fashion is one of my favourite things, so, you know, we’re defying what it even means to be pregnant and maternal," she continued. "It can get uncomfortable at times and so you can dress the part and pretend."
"It’s all an exciting journey so far. I’m just taking it as it comes every week. There’s always something new and I’m just taking it and I’m enjoying it," she added, adding that her maternity beauty routine includes "staying moisturised, from head to toe."

The "Work" singer also reassured that, while she's focusing on "one thing at a time," new music is still on the way (at some point in the future). "Yes, you're still going to get music from me," she shared, joking "My fans would kill me if they waited this long for a lullaby."
The Fenty mogul took time to pose with A$AP Rocky last night, who coordinated with his girlfriend in a purple Louis Vuitton letterman jacket, distressed jeans, green sneakers. The TK rapper told ET that he's loving "everything about" the journey so far.
"I'm just excited for what I don't know yet. Everything is new to me," he said. "So, I'm excited."

The "We Found Love" singer has embraced her growing belly, showing it off in several bump-bearing looks. For her reveal photos, shot in Harlem with Rocky, the star wore a hot-pink vintage Chanel puffer coat unbuttoned above her stomach and completed the look with faded denim jeans and ornate body jewellery. She also shared a sweet pic of herself pulling up her jersey over her bump, captioned "how the gang pulled up to black history month."
