Carine Roitfeld Presents Under Construction: Spring 2016 At Work

For her March 2016 collections story, Carine Roitfeld chose to focus on the season's updated takes on classic suiting, from Gucci's gender-bending looks of the '70s to the mix-and-match printed skirts at Prada. Here, Carine's new class of working girls, including Lineisy Montero, Greta Varlese, Ruth Bell, Staz Lindes, Camilla Venturini, Ally Ertel, and Kiki Willems, who dominated runways this season, showcase fresh ways to wear a timeless uniform that has remained one of the most powerful looks for women everywhere.
