12 Unseen Candid Photos Of The Queen Taken By The Public

As the world's longest-reigning monarch, Queen Elizabeth II has been photographed countless times by official photographers. But on her many walkabouts, tours and royal engagements, some of her most memorable moments have also been captured by members of public.

To mark the upcoming royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, online printing company Photobox launched a nationwide search for photos of royals taken by the public. The best photos will be compiled in a special book, which presented to the couple as a wedding present.

Here are some of the most interesting, eye-catching and poignant photos of the most famous member of the royal family, which have been submitted by well-wishers over the years.
