Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith made a glamorous entrance for their first red-carpet appearance since the Oscars.

The couple, joined by their blended family, attended the premiere of Will's latest movie, Emancipation. The Oscar-winning actor looked suave in a maroon suit with a light-pink button-down. Meanwhile, Jada wore a white turtleneck dress with a dramatic ruffled cape train designed by Stéphane Rolland. She paired the statement piece with strappy metallic heels and diamond jewellery.

Their brood also joined in on the festivities. Willow Smith, 22, wore a black button-down vest and trousers with crystal-embellished hip cutouts from Stella McCartney's spring/summer 2023 ready-to-wear collection. Jaden Smith, 24, looked cool in a suit completely covered in black-and-white photos. Finally, Trey Smith, Will's 30-year-old son whom he shares with ex Sheree Zampino, coordinated with his dad in a plum jacket and light pink shirt.

Will opened up about his new film in a recent interview with Fox 5 DC reporter Kevin McCarthy, addressing the controversy that has been following him since he infamously slapped Chris Rock onstage at the 94th Academy Awards this year.

"I completely understand that if someone is not ready. I would absolutely respect that and allow them their space to not be ready," he said. "My deepest concern is my team—[director Antoine Fuqua] has done what I think is the greatest work of his entire career." He added, "My deepest hope is that my actions don't penalise my team."
