Only she could make a tee and jeans look this cool.

Zendaya updated her look by opting for an easy hairdo and a casual outfit.

The Euphoria star showed off the new look in a mirror selfie she posted to her Instagram Story yesterday. “Needed a little refresh,” she captioned the picture, which showed her chic dark brown bob parted to one side and curled outward at the end.

As for her ensemble, the Emmy-winning actor looked effortlessly cool in a cropped white T-shirt and a pair of low-rise blue jeans in a light wash. She finished off the look by adding accessories in earthy tones, including a caramel belt with a circular silver buckle that she tied around her waist, a floppy suede tote bag in mocha brown, and a speckled green pendant necklace hanging off a black cord chain. She further accessorized with a wristwatch and small huggie earrings.

In a new interview with Elle, Zendaya opened up about how her mom has influenced her current affinity for fashion.

“She was always made to feel like she couldn’t enjoy certain fashions because they literally didn’t make them for her or because people always made comments about her height, and she was self-conscious about it,” she explained. “I also felt like there was part of her that loved fashion. But it was hidden. I think she vicariously lived through me experimenting.”

She also confirmed that she’s still working with famed celebrity stylist Law Roach, who unexpectedly announced his retirement from styling earlier this year.

“I ride super hard for my team, especially for people I love,” Zendaya said. “He’s involved in every fashion contract, everything I do. If I have an opportunity where he can come with me, he’s always going to be there. He’s always been my creative director in a sense, and he continues to fill that role, because it’s more than just clothes on a red carpet. It’s a bigger thing.”
