Just a 30-minute drive from the city centre,The Summerhouse is one of Singapore’s newest F&B destinations. Located at The Oval @ SAP, the picturesque dining spot sits within an 11-hectare cluster of historic bungalows in the aerospace park surrounding Seletar Airport. What is unique is that it boasts several complementary dining and lifestyle outlets within the same space, including The Summerhouse Dining Room; and Wildseed, a café, patisserie and bar; as well as an edible garden, florist, landscaped gardens and a coffee roaster.

But the jewel in the crown is undoubtedly the restaurant from which the place takes its name: The Summerhouse. Florian Ridder, Chef de Cuisine of the restaurant, believes strongly in the ‘farms’-to-table concept, and this is seen in the restaurant connecting with a farming collective of Singaporean and Malaysian growers and producers, as well as a Singapore kelong, as sustainable sources of food; and its garnishes being fully sourced from its own edible gardens on the grounds.

Highlights of the menu include the delightfully savoury Iberico Pork, their incredibly umami Uni Pasta, innovative takes on local dishes such as the Nasi Lemak Hash Brown and Prawn Donut, and a refreshing Greek Yoghurt that is the perfect way to end any meal.

If that sounds like a meal you can’t to try, you’re in luck because we’re giving away fifteen (15) dining vouchers to The Summerhouse worth $100 each! Simply fill in the form below to stand a chance to win.
