In the six years that Art Stage Singapore has been launched, it has quickly become Southeast Asia’s premiere art fair, drawing the largest number of contemporary artists and galleries specialising in contemporary art from the region to our shores. This year, the art fair builds on its pivotal role in developing emerging artists and facilitating the exchange of ideas among artists in the region by instituting a forum modelled on the Grecian agoras of old, where artists can debate ideas and themes.
