Awards of Excellence, 14 April
This year, the Awards of Excellence (AOE) will be combined with the World Gourmet Summit (WGS) 2015 Opening Reception to kick off the events in grand style at One Farrer Hotel & Spa. At the 15th edition of the AOE, 27 individuals excellent in the F&B and hospitality industries will be recognized. The celebration will be followed by an epicurean spread presented by top-notch restaurants and hotels with wines specially selected for the occasion.
Raclette Night @ Rillette Bar , 11 April
The Rillette Bar is a new concept by Chef Heuberger and Maximilien Fedkiw, situated right above Le Bistrot du Sommelier. Featuring homemade charcuteries – rillettes, pâtés, terrines, sausages amongst other usual bar bites brilliantly prepared by Chef Heuberger, the Rillette Bar offers the largest selection of charcuteries in town, perfectly paired with its range of delectable wines.
WGS award-winning 2014 Chef Brandon Foo will be on hand to bring you a mouth-watering Swiss-French experience with Seyssel AOC from the alps on the side – an essential drink to complete the sumptuous meal.
