Serina Lee winner

Have you ever wondered what it takes to become the next big thing in fashion? Here’s your chance to find out: Harper’s BAZAAR Singapore is now welcoming applications for its annual competition, the Harper’s BAZAAR NewGen Award, Singapore Edition.

Entering its 10th anniversary in 2023, NewGen aims to discover, nurture and showcase emerging fashion designers from across the region.
