What a turn out the 2015 American Music Awards were — from ingénues the likes of Nina Dobrev on the red carpet to Jennifer Lopez making a major appearance on stage, it was, indeed, a major moment. But what the red carpet regulars showed off last night was a daring departure from the sweet and girly (hey, even Zendaya brought a razor sharp edge to that lacy pink look), to opt for sexy displays of skin (a lá Ciara, Kylie Jenner, and Hailee Steinfeld), slinky, glittering sheaths that would do any Old Hollywood glamour girl proud (see Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato) and a breath of freshness in pristine white looks (Gigi Hadid and Sofia Richie nailed it!).
