1. FOR ADOPTING TRAINERS
This year Victoria Beckham – who is famous for her love of high heels – swapped her stilettos for trainers. "I just can't do heels any more," she told The Telegraph. "At least not when I'm working. I travel a lot." It gave working women everywhere an excuse to give our feet a break (with proof that you can still look just as stylish).
