The Set

Show goers were plunged into darkness the moment they walked into the cavernous Pier 36, the venue where the show was held. Vevers had his team construct a small New York street, then covered everything in glitter so that the set glowed mysteriously under the dim lighting.

The Artist

The late Keith Haring's illustrations turned up as leitmotif, peppered throughout the collection as graphic patches on denim jackets and bags, or down the front of sequinned dresses.

The Clothes

The tea dress has become a staple offering since Vevers took over the reins at Coach, but for spring he switched things up a little and proposed lace slip dresses or embellished sheer versions that showed some skin. Elsewhere, varsity bomber jackets and shearling jackets rounded up the covetable collection.
