All The Looks From Versace Spring/Summer 2023
Y2K rebel princess Paris Hilton closed the show in a pink chainmail dress and a matching veil.
Donatella Versace had a dark gothic goddess in mind this season. “I have always loved a rebel, a woman who is confident, smart, and a little bit of a diva,” said the designer in her press release.
Models were sent down the runway in contrasting looks that were at once "high-glamour and hard-edge, diva and subversive"—rendered through slashes cut across dresses and tops, laser cuts as graphic patterns, studded and fringed leather on biker jackets, leather pants and skirt, tough-chic jackets thrown over chiffon dresses and skirts, slinky metallic jersey pieces, as well as shaggy coats and miniskirts.
The collection's prints combined tropical flowers, zebra stripes, and the brand's ‘Versace on Repeat’ logo, while a grungy palette of black, orchid purple, electric fuchsia (as well as the occasional neon yellow) were thrown into the mix.
For the finale, fashion's own Y2K rebel princess Paris Hilton closed the show in a pink chainmail dress and a matching veil secured by a tiara.
