British brand ASOS is paying tribute to Princess Diana this month with a new capsule collection inspired by the late fashion icon. A collaboration with Wah Nails founder Sharmadean Reid, the line features 20 items like a velvet mini-dress, faux-pearl hoop earrings, and a cable-knit sweater, and ranges in price from $9.70 to $189.

"[We] found all these images of Princess Diana in streetwear," Reid told Dazed Digital of the collection's inspiration. "She always loved bomber jackets, she actually dressed quite American preppy, she even wore Harvard jumpers."

"I didn't want to do it until I had an idea, and then I had just moved to West London and I felt like a real West London mum, like 'ah I feel a bit like Princess Diana, dropping the kids off to school' and I thought: that's a good idea for a collection, an East London girl moving to West London."

And while it's hard to picture Lady Di wearing a pin that says "Make it reign," some of the looks seem to capture the Princess's playful '80s aesthetic, though certainly at a lower price-point than the outfits she would have worn.
