This Paris Fashion Week, Bella Hadid is further proving her transformative power.

In her latest professional guise on the Haider Ackermann catwalk Hadid looked near unrecognisable with bleached-out brows helping form a bare–almost ghostly–make-up look by artist Lynsey Alexander. In contrast her jet-black hair, by stylist Duffy, was crafted into a sculptural beehive with a jagged micro-fringe.

Hadid's look was akin to a beautiful alien, making a case for otherworldly beauty having a moment amongst the red lips and glossy down 'dos seen elsewhere on the autumn/winter 2020 catwalks.

This look comes in stark contrast to Haider Ackermann's spring/summer aesthetic, where Hadid walked with an exaggerated eyebrow style, and her hair shellacked into a quiff (see below).

It's proof, if ever we needed it, of the ability of one's eyebrow choice (beyond hairstyle choice) of forming our end look.

Naturally, brows are so personal to not only our features, but our preference, so what suits one person won’t work for everyone. But changing the way you wear your brows (even just a little) to suit your style per occasion can make immediate impact with minimal effort.
