10 Of The Best Looks From Valentino Pre-Fall 2019 Runway Show

In Valentino's signature drama

As a tribute to presenting Valentino’s Pre-Fall 2019 show in Tokyo for the first time, creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli referenced the Japanese philosophy of wabi sabi – the concept of embracing and appreciating beauty in imperfection, and kintsugi – the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramic pieces. This translated into a stunning lineup of beautiful silhouettes featuring lace, tulle, ruffles and pleats in crimson red, black and printed florals. Here, 10 best looks from the show.
