Cara Delevingne has reportedly parted ways with her modelling agency. The 22-year-old is no longer listed on the website for Storm Model Management, who she’s been with since the start of her career.

Delevingne has made no secret of the fact that she’s always wanted to work in film and music as opposed to in the fashion industry, with her catwalk appearances decreasing in recent seasons. She’s already got a string of acting roles under her belt and has five films set for release this year alone (Paper Towns, Kids in Love, Pan, Tulip Fever and London Fields). She’s also currently filming her role in Suicide Squad, and is represented by American acting agency, William Morris.

Delevingne was orginally scouted while she was still at school by Storm’s Sarah Doukas, who was also responsible for discovering Kate Moss. However, she told the Wall Street Journal in a recent interview that modelling left her feeling “a bit empty”, adding: “Fashion is about what’s on the outside, and that’s it. There’s no searching, it’s just creating pretty things.”

It’s unlikely that Delevingne will be bidding farewell to fashion forever; she currently has contracts with YSL, Burberry and Mango.
