Following Prince‘s tragic death last month, Harper’s Bazaar Serbia is the first publication paying tribute to the late icon in the form of a fashion editorial.
Tapping Chanel Iman as its cover star, Bazaar’s Serbian editionshot a series of covers for its June 2016 issue featuring the Purple One’s most iconic looks. On one of the covers, Iman recreates the 1984 “Purple Rain” album cover atop a motorcycle in an oversized fur coat rocking Prince’s signature hairstyle.
The series of photographs, shot by Joshua Jordan with art direction by Christopher Sollinger, highlights some of Prince’s most memorable looks from jackets sans shirts underneath to Victorian-inspired outfits and plenty of sparkle.
