Viewing the mound of delphiniums that decorated the entire structure where the show was held at the Louvre's Cour Carreé was spectacular in the pretty Parisian sunshine. Almost as if Mother Nature landed her flowering Spring ship right in the heart of French art. Inside, the fashion aliens walked with innocent white outfits: Sheer, short and scallop edged, with a play of layers and grounded with pointed patent leather low heels with extravagant bows. Diorama bags came out to play in metallic brights, paired with sheath dresses with panels of print. My favourite look? The Flashdance-esque cropped sweaters over the child-like white separates that looked so new in texture, proportions and pairings.
