Maria Grazia Chiuri created an “inclusive garden” for the Dior Spring/Summer 2020 show, where in a moment suspended in time, co-existence and diversity flourish. The models—in their little straw hats, delicately embroidered sundresses and classic tailoring in earthy tones—were the gardeners of Dior. The collection was inspired by archival photographs of Catherine Dior, sister of Christian Dior, who was gardener of the house and in life.
