In order to gain insight for the report, BoF surveyed an estimated 2,600 professionals from over 190 top fashion companies across the world in three specific categories: rewards and benefits; leadership and development; and working culture and environment.

Just 59% of employees said they were satisfied with opportunities for training and development, while 57% were satisfied with levels of transparency around career progression within the company, indicating the industry could work on better nurturing top fashion talent.
