This year’s Fashion Award winners have been revealed, with Clare Waight Keller winning the British Designer of the Year Womenswear honour. She was presented the prize by the Duchess of Sussex, who made a surprise appearance, and Rosamund Pike.
The awards – which rebranded itself from the British Fashion Awards to the Fashion Awards in 2016 – celebrated the best of creativity and innovation in fashion, recognising exceptional individuals, brands and businesses across the globe. Other big winners included Gucci, who took home Brand of the Year, and Kaia Gerber, who was crowned Model of the Year.
