“Kermit is a globally recognised star, as a child, I watched him on the television,” said Chétrite. Kermit The Frog has starred in feature films, TV, books, live performances, and even has his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
“When he came to Paris recently, I saw that he was just as fun and appealing as I remembered, so I suggested for this collaboration with The Muppet Show, something to delight the customers,” she shared.

The collection combines the fun-loving vibe and humour of The Muppet Show with the effortless cool aesthetic of the Parisian fashion house. Designed for women and kids, the colourful collection of coats, sweaters, t-shirts, jeans, velvet bags and even sneakers, all feature Kermit’s portrait in delightful and quirky forms.
This capsule collection was first launched in Paris, then America, and the customers have responded well, according to Chétrite.

The little ones can look forward to cashmere hoodies, jogger pants, sweaters, and rugby jerseys in a rainbow of bright red, orange, purple and green capture the playful aesthetics of the adult line but are slightly different with a laughing Kermit.
“I love that mothers have been really enthusiastic about buying the mini-me versions, it’s the first time Sandro has designed a kids collection,” said Chétrite.
The limited edition collection is now available at Sandro boutiques at ION Orchard and Marina Bay Sands.
