Maria Grazia Chiuri brought the circus to Paris as she brings her haute couture collection for Dior Spring 2019 to the big stage. Held in a big top with lights draping from the ceiling, Chiuri merges performance and fashion yet again as acrobats performed tricks as the models walked the runway. The gowns that came down the runways were quirky with lots of sparkle and diamond accents, in reference to clown costumes. It was a feast for the eyes and is a good continuation from her Spring/Summer 2019 collection that featured a ballet performance.
