Energies and style codes change and flow whenever a new designer takes over the reins of a heritage label. Nowhere is this more clear than in Ferragamo’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection, which saw the vision of the brand’s new creative director Maximilian Davis come alive. As part of his debut run, the new Ferragamo Focus Sneakers pay homage to the Italian brand’s history, illuminated by the aesthetic sense of the present day.
The most striking feature of these sneakers is the silhouette of the sole, created with the iconic Gancini monogram sequence composed of three tubular elements, creating a futuristic effect and enhancing cushioning and comfort. Graphic laces, the Ferragamo logo and hand-stitched details accentuate the new shoes with a dynamic mix of textures and details.

The design is further complemented by its construction, using sturdy, earth-friendly materials. The knit is made with 100-percent recycled post-consumer polyester yarn, while the leather lining, back lining and Fussbett bandage lining are tested and verified to be made using a chrome-free tanning process. The Strobel felt and sewing threads are made of 20-percent recycled pre-consumer polyester fibres and 100-percent post-consumer recycled polyester, respectively.

Last but certainly not least, the Focus Sneakers come in a wide array of neutral and bright colours, including white, beige, red, orange and black, offering an abundance of choices for you to easily slip into in accordance with your own personality and sense of style.
