Here's Your First Look At The Nike X Stranger Things Collection
The athletic brand heads to Hawkins for its latest collection

Stranger Things is arguably the most popular Netflix original series in recent years—it birthed the next generation of tastemakers such as our June cover star Millie Bobby Brown and Saint Laurent brand ambassador Finn Wolfhard. The cinematography, set design and costume design are heavily inspired by the '80s aesthetics, featuring a plethora of paraphernalia from the decade.
For its upcoming season, it's set in the summer of 1985. Which was a radical era, especially in the sporting world. Professional basketball was fast-becoming a favourite sport in Los Angeles and inspired the first ever Nike Air Max I sneakers. So, Nike footwear was really popular back then—and still is. The Nike X Stranger Things is the perfect full-circle moment when art imitates life and life imitates art.
The collection comprises Hawkins High's green and orange colour way and Tiger mascot reimagined as footwear, sweatsuits and T-shirts that channel that 1980s physical education class style. Click through the gallery below for your first glimpse at the collection.
The collection drops in-stores 27 June with a second release slated for 1 July.
