It’s a day at the arcade with the brand’s new fall/winter collection

“I’m fascinated with the debates surrounding digital design as ‘art’, so I’ve started at the beginning,” explains Anya Hindmarch of the inspiration behind her latest outing. Using 8-bit graphics as the collection’s leitmotif, the English designer conjured a playful collection of clothes and accessories that bore adorable images of Pac Man and other pixelated patterns. The retro-ish iconographies will bring back fond memories for those familiar with the time before emojis; nonetheless, one thing’s certain—Hindmarch has produced a collection ready for the Instagram generation.
