What does go through the mind of a model like Gigi Hadid before she walks in a huge show like Chanel, Versace or even her own Tommy Hilfiger line?
Hadid, currently one of the industry’s most sought-after models, has revealed how she prepares for show season – both mentally and physically – in a new film for Reebok.

“Before I walk, I usually think of what the designer wants from me, whether that’s an energy or getting into the music or calming myself down with breathing,” she explains in the video. “I have to focus on what my job is that day.”

But she says that having a job based on appearances does have its drawbacks.
“Because my job is based on the way I look, people assume that that means you don’t have human qualities in you…so I hope that everyone can see that’s the point of all this,” she said. “It doesn’t matter. We’re not perfect.”
