Actor, producer and entrepreneur Alia Bhatt is the first Indian Global Ambassador for Gucci.
The Bollywood A-lister is one of the most beloved actresses of her generation. Following an acclaimed performance in the movie RRR—nominated for Best Picture – Non-English Language at the Golden Globes 2023—Bhatt made her debut as a producer for the critically acclaimed film Darlings and is set to star in her first Hollywood movie, the action-spy thriller Heart of Stone, co-starring Gal Gadot. In 2022, Bhatt received the prestigious Time100 Impact Award for her contribution to the entertainment industry and beyond, adding to her numerous accolades.

According to a statement, “her advocation in favor of self-expression and inclusivity in contemporary society speak to the House’s core values and encompass the brand’ motif of fostering cultural empowerment within the next generation of creative talent.”
The silver-screen darling will make her debut appearance as ambassador at the Gucci Cruise 2024 show at the Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul.
