Medieval queens stormed Guo Pei's spring/summer 20-17 haute couture show yesterday, and it was simply jaw-droppingly opulent. Lush brocades, yards of gold thread and the crazy amount of beading that went into her decadent confections stopped traffic and made the fashion crowd swoon.
