After a steady stream of celebrity customers wearing her label to high-profile red carpet appearances this year, from Lily James at the 2023 Met Gala to Kate Hudson at the Vanity Fair Oscars After-Party, it's safe to say Tamara Ralph knows how to plan a comeback. But this wasn't just any comeback. This, darlings, is couture - and a couture comeback asks as much of its audiences as the designers themselves.

Don't just take it from us - Filipino actress, social media darling and friend of BAZAAR Heart Evangelista was there to witness Ralph's solo couture debut from the front row. To create fine couture is to embrace the gaze of your audiences while challenging their visual perception of your creations, to make them think while keeping them enraptured in awe.
