If you think about it, Hugo Boss and Mercedes-Benz have much in common: They’re both reputed German brands, and both are prized for being masters of their respective crafts. So it makes sense that Hugo Boss would partner up with the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team for the upcoming races. What this means is that you can expect to see the likes of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg donning streamlined gear designed specially by the brand, as they speed along the F1 circuits on the road to victory. The Hugo Boss logo will also adorn the very ritzy 2015 Silver Arrow cars and trackside facilities as well.

“Mercedes AMG Petronas and Hugo Boss are a perfect fit in terms of their brand values, and both can look back on long success stories,” explains Gerd von Podewils, senior vice president of global communications at Hugo Boss. “We are pleased to join forces with such a strong partner and look forward to the synergies our partnership will generate down the road.”

In addition, a biannual “Boss for Mercedes-Benz Collection” will also be launched, comprising suave menswear such as jackets, belts and leather sneakers. A perfect pairing? It sure seems that way to us.
