It’s been over a year since Gisele Bündchen walked her last runway and just one week since she passed her supermodel torch down to Jimmy Fallon, but could the super be making a brief runway return for the sake of Chanel’s Cuba show?
Chanel will be staging its Cruise 2017 collection in Havana, Cuba tomorrow—a first for any major fashion brand since travel sanctions have only recently been lifted. And today,coincidentally, Gisele shared an Instagram of a picturesque Havana street captioned, “Hola Cuba!”

Could this mean that the Brazilian super is taking a quick break from her catwalk retirement to walk in what will surely be a historic runway event? Or will she simply be watching on from the first row? If there’s anything to bring a model veteran out of retirement, Chanel Cuba would certainly be it.
Only time will tell, but we’re sure Karl has a lot of tricks and surprises up his sleeve…
