Harper's BAZAAR: When did you realise you loved to cook?

Jourdan Dunn: I would probably say around 8.

What's your son's favourite meal that you make?

JD: Riley loves fish so I recently made grilled jerk sea bream with a mango and sweet corn salsa. He loved it!

What's your favourite meal to make?

JD: Helping my mum cook Sunday dinner. She will handle the roast and I'll do the Mac and cheese.

What's your favourite food indulgence?

JD: Curries!

Is there any food/delicacy that you want to try but haven't?

JD: I tried cow blood in Thailand. That was enough.

Jamaican curry or Thai curry?

JD: Today Thai curry. Tomorrow I may say Jamaican Curry. I go back and forth.

Do you ever eat airplane food? Or do you pack food?

JD: I eat before the plane and also on the plane, I'm greedy like that.

How do you eat healthy when you're on the go all the time?

JD: It's easier then you think. Just focus on the main food groups in moderate portions. Fruits and vegetables are available all the time. Just a matter of choosing that as your meal option. Also, I take the time to eat right no matter where I am or what I am doing.
