Kate Moss and Victoria Beckham were among the big celebrity names who joined the moving tribute to Dame Vivienne Westwood in London on Thursday. The one-of-a-kind fashion designer, environmental activist and cultural icon passed away in December at the age of 81. While many dressed for the memorial service in the traditional black, others opted for more colourful outfits reminiscent of Westwood's trademark style and spunk.
