Inside L’Appartement Louis Vuitton: A Trunk Lover’s Dream Come True
Who wouldn’t want to live the Louis Vuitton life?

From 2 to 11 November, Louis Vuitton will present L’Appartement Louis Vuitton at The Orchard Residences in Singapore. Selected clients will be invited to the Kian-Liew-designed space, where they will be given the opportunity to learn the secrets behind the brand’s trunk-making craft. Fitted with Ming dynasty-esque ebony fretwork panels, bamboo-inspired features and mother-of-pearl walls, exceptional Louis Vuitton trunks from the brand’s archives will be displayed in a setting which combines the best of traditional Asian design and contemporary décor.
As with Paris, Shanghai and Miami, a special World Tour Monogram motif has been created for the Singapore edition of L’Appartement, with which clients will be able to personalize their Vuitton travel kit: in-house artisans will assist clients in hand-painting the travel ‘sticker’ on their trunks, even advising on placement.
