Levi’s Celebrates 150th Years Of Iconic 501s With Special Stussy X Levi's Collab
They’re going all out with special collaborations and revivals of vintage pieces.
Levi’s has definitely made a household name for themselves since they debuted their specialty jeans in 1873. You've highly likely heard of the iconic 501s or even owned a pair of your own. From individuals who lead simple lifestyles to iconic changemakers, the 501 Original has been worn by people from all walks of life - all of whom have a story to tell.

This year marks 150 years since the launch of Levi’s 501 Jeans, and the brand is going all out with special collaborations and bringing back vintage pieces. To commemorate this, a special collaboration between Stüssy & Levi’s® has also been announced as part of Levi’s spring/summer 2023 collection. We're no stranger to Stüssy and their vibrant-yet-punk styled streetwear, making the brand a fitting candidate for the collaboration. Stüssy's spring 2023 collection was also released earlier this month.
The collection from the collaboration features a special pair of 501 jeans and a modified Type II Trucker Jacket - two of Levi’s classic silhouettes reworked with a touch of Stüssy’s magic.

To further commemorate the momentous occasion, the brand also recognises and celebrates experiences shared by those who’ve worn the denim garments. Three short stories have been produced to share ‘The Greatest Stories Ever Told’.
Directed by Martin de Thurah, these short films explore authentic stories and aim to reach out and inspire their audiences to experience new moments and write their own stories. More than a pair of jeans, these stories truly show how the 501s bring out the hero in you.
