Meet Victoria's Secret Newest Angel: Josephine Skriver
After joining as a model in 2013, Josephine Skriver has officially been appointed an Angel
The newest recruit into the very exclusive club of Victoria's Secret Angels is Danish model Josephine Skriver. The lingerie giant has announced that she will be the latest in the crop, joining Candice Swanepoel and Adriana Lima, among others.
"Josephine Skriver is a stunning young woman and a delightful person," Ed Razek, the chief marketing officer of Victoria's Secret, said. "She is so special and we are enormously happy to welcome her to the most exclusive club in the history of modelling, the Victoria's Secret Angels."
Skriver—who has also walked for Calvin Klein, Chanel and Valentino, as well as appearing in campaigns for Gucci, Michael Kors and Tom Ford—was delighted with the announcement.
"I'm literally living my dream right now… so humble and proud to be part of such an amazing legacy," she said on her Instagram page.
