Miuccia Prada's fall/winter 2019 show embodied a romantic utilitarianism that came through with a juxtaposition of feminine elements—such as lace, flowers and sheer layering—with cargo jumpsuits, puffer jackets and military-inspired pieces. Think an asymmetrically-sleeved floral dress paired with combat boots, a military dress layered with a blue shirt and sheer lace cape, and a shirt dress with rugby sleeves and lace overlay. The best of both worlds.
