Fashion was all over the map this year. Nostalgia was big — from the Victorian Era to the '90s — and celeb designers dominated the style landscape. Some designers shinned more than others this year, and not necessarily for their clothing lines. Here are the top 10 most searched designers according to our friends at Google.

The designer, who was already known for her clothes and marriage to rap mogul Damon Dash, was thrust into the spotlight this year after the release of Beyonce's album Lemonade. The song Sorry famously accuses Bey's husband, Jay Z, of cheating, and it points the finger at "Becky with the good hair." Rumors flew that "Becky" was a code name for Roy.
