My Little Pony Gets A High-Fashion Makeover For Charity

First it was cats, then it was dogs, and now, it's a troupe of ponies from a children's animated television series that is taking over the realm of fashion. But this is anything but child's play. In fact, they're now the world's most expensive—and fashionable—My Little Ponies.

Coming in all colours and patterns, Emilio Pucci, Rick Owen, Roberto Cavalli, Kenzo, Balmain, Versace and Fendi have all created their own versions of the iconic toy. It's easy to tell one pony from the other, with Karl Lagerfeld's furry design for Fendi and Donatella covering the Versace pony with the label's fall 2015 collection print. And they're definitely not horsing around, as all proceeds from the collaboration would go to the Save the Children and Nepal Earthquake initiative, in conjunction with Italian store LuisaViaRoma's Make Kids Happy campaign.
