New York Fashion Week offically has a home base. According to Racked, IMG, which owns and runs all official NYFW operations, is set to launch NYFW HQ right by Milk Studios, home to many fashion week show and presentations. The HQ will play host to art installations, guest talks and both invite-only and public events. Plans are even in place to stream fashion show reruns from its front windows.

Earlier this year, WWD reported that the shows would move to two new locations this September: The Skylight Moynihan Station and Skylight Clarkson Square. The shows have been held at Lincoln Center for the past five years, and suffered plenty of complaints from members of the fashion industry during that time.

While it's not known how long the shows will remain in the new locations (IMG declined to disclose the length of the contract), it appears they're there to stay for the next few years. Ralph Lauren, Rag & Bone and 3.1 Phillip Lim have shown in the spaces, and the inaugural NYFW: Men's, which took place from 13 to 16 July, were located in the Moynihan Station.
