Paris Fashion Week: Off-White's Contrast Pairings To Loewe's Effortless Ease

We also take you inside the worlds of Balmain, Kenzo, IreneIsGood, Andrew Gn, Nina Ricci, Yohji Yamamoto and Moynat

BAZAAR Daily Ep 4

In this episode of BAZAAR Daily, we recap the best of Off-White, Loewe and Balmain. We also resee Kenzo and make a visit to IreneIsGood for her PFW presentation. Andrew Gn was inspired by the opulent designs from the fantastical movie The Blue Bird, 1976. Colourful prints and gilded black dresses and coats glided down the runway, with iridescent pleated dresses and beguiling jewel tones. Nina Ricci presented new essential pieces for the modern woman’s wardrobe. Masculine shapes in feminine fabrics create a contemporary tailoring with a play on proportions. Yohji Yamamoto's avante-garde tailoring paired with textual layers of fabrics created a dramatic show. Moynat turned to architecture this season and created bags out of unexpected materials. Technological advances such as fingerprint locks and built in phone chargers make these bags a modern staple.
